The Grafen Professional PU Mega Foam Gun XXL 1000 g is a one-component polyurethane foam aerosol for sealing, installation, and insulation works.
Designed for professional use, it provides excellent adhesion to wood, concrete, stone, metal, and plastics.
According to the SDS, it is suitable for sealing and insulation of walls, roofs, ceilings, and pipe penetrations.

- Installation of door and window frames
- Sealing and insulating walls, parapets, and stairs
- Filling and insulating pipe or cable penetrations
- Insulating roof, wall, and ceiling joints
- Bonding and sealing framework structures
- Thermal insulation of heating, plumbing, and sanitary systems
- Sealing of cooling and air-conditioning systems
Instructions for Use
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and dust-free.
- Bring the can to Application temperature and shake vigorously about 30 times.
- Screw the can onto the PU foam gun.
- Hold the can upside down during application.
- Fill the cavity about 70 % (foam expands).
- Allow to cure; cuttable after 2–4 hours, fully cured after 24 hours.
- Protect cured foam from UV radiation with paint or sealant.
