Technical Specifications
Curing takes place within 2 to 4 hours. Once cured, the foam can be cut, cleaned, and painted. It is compatible with all types of building materials, except silicone, Teflon, polyethylene, and polypropylene. The foam is resistant to all weather conditions, seawater, steam, and moisture.
How to Use
Ensure the application surface is clean and free from grease and loose dirt. Moisten the surface thoroughly with water before applying the foam. Use the can upside down. Keep the container at room temperature. Shake the can vigorously approximately 30 times before use. After inserting the gun, adjust the nozzle or attach the hose. Fill the application area with foam, starting at the bottom in a zigzag motion (from wall to wall), filling only about 70% of the space to allow for expansion. A single foam layer should not exceed 3 cm in thickness. Deep gaps should be filled in layers. Once fully cured, remove any excess foam with a sharp knife and protect it from UV light (e.g., using silicone, plaster, etc.). Clean the gun and hose with Grafen Professional PU Foam Cleaner.
Storage
Store in a dry, cool place in closed containers at temperatures between +5 °C and +25 °C.
Expiration Date
12 months from the date of manufacture.
