Grafen Professional stands for service and quality. Despite our best efforts, it may happen that a product does not meet your expectations. At Grafen Professional, returning products is easy.

Returning products is possible up to thirty days after purchase, provided the product is unused and undamaged. There are costs associated with returning products.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply to the return of online orders:

• The return must be sent within thirty days of receiving the order.
• You can also exercise your right of withdrawal within thirty days by sending us a statement that you wish to cancel the purchase.
• The item is complete, unused, and undamaged.
• If the item has been demonstrably used, the calculated depreciation will be at the customer's expense.
