The Grafen Professional PU Low Expansion Foam Gun is a one-component polyurethane foam aerosol developed for professional sealing, insulating, and installation applications where low expansion pressure is required.
It ensures safe use in door and window frame installations without structural deformation and adheres excellently to concrete, brick, wood, metal, and plastic surfaces.
Application
- Installation of door and window frames
 - Sealing and insulating walls, parapets, and stairs
 - Filling and insulating pipe penetrations
 - Insulating roof, wall, and ceiling joints
 - Bonding and sealing of framework structures
 - Thermal insulation of heating, plumbing, and sanitary systems
 - Sealing of cooling and air-conditioning systems
 
Instructions for Use
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and dust-free.
 - Bring the can to room temperature (approx. +20 °C ± 5 °C) and shake vigorously about 30 times.
 - Screw the can onto the PU foam gun.
 - Hold the can upside down during use.
 - Fill cavities up to 70 %, as the foam expands.
 - Allow to cure; cuttable after 2–4 hours, fully cured after 24 hours.
