The Grafen Professional Styro Adhesive Foam 900 g is a one-component polyurethane foam aerosol designed for bonding EPS and XPS insulation boards in façade and thermal insulation systems.
It provides excellent adhesion, controlled expansion, and fast curing on concrete, brick, plaster, wood, and metal surfaces.
Application
- Bonding EPS and XPS insulation boards
- Fixing façade, wall, and roof insulation
- Mounting decorative panels and window sills
- Thermal insulation of walls and ceilings
Instructions for Use
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and grease-free.
- Bring the can to room temperature and shake vigorously about 30 times.
- Screw the can onto the PU foam gun.
- Apply adhesive in straight lines (approx. 3 cm wide).
- Press the insulation board firmly within 2–5 minutes.
- Adjust position within 10 minutes.
- Fully cured after 1–2 hours, depending on ambient conditions.
