The Grafen Professional PU Foam Manual All Season is a one-component polyurethane foam aerosol designed for sealing, insulation, and installation applications under various weather conditions.
It can be used at temperatures from –10 °C to +30 °C and provides excellent adhesion to concrete, brick, wood, metal, and plastics.
Application
- Sealing of cement, ceramic, and corrugated sheets
- Filling roof and terrace gaps
- Sealing and bonding of floors, terraces, and expansion joints
- Thermal and acoustic insulation of window frames, walls, and ceilings
Instructions for Use
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust.
- Bring the can to room temperature and shake vigorously about 30 times.
- Attach the manual applicator (adapter or straw).
- Hold the can upside down during use.
- Fill cavities up to 70 %, as the foam expands.
- Allow to cure; cuttable after 2–4 hours, fully cured after 24 hours.
