The Grafen Professional PU Foam Gun All Weather is a one-component polyurethane foam aerosol for installation, sealing, and insulation applications.
It can be used at temperatures between –10 °C and +30 °C and provides excellent adhesion to most building materials such as wood, concrete, stone, metal, and plastics.

Application

  • Installation of door and window frames
  • Sealing and insulating partition walls, parapets, and stairs
  • Filling and insulating pipe penetrations
  • Insulation of roof, wall, and ceiling joints
  • Bonding and sealing of framework structures
  • Thermal insulation of heating, water, and sanitary systems
  • Sealing of cooling and air conditioning systems

Instructions for Use

  1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and dust-free.
  2. Bring the can to application temperature and shake vigorously about 30 times.
  3. Screw the can onto the PU foam gun.
  4. Hold the can upside down during use.
  5. Fill the cavity up to 70 % (the foam expands).
  6. Allow to cure; cuttable after 2–4 hours, fully cured after 24 hours.
  7. Protect cured foam from UV exposure with paint or sealant.

  • Storage: store in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place at a temperature between +5 °C and +25 °C, away from heat, sunlight, and open flame.
