Fire-resistant one-component polyurethane foam designed for mounting and sealing applications. It is used for fire classification applications and can also be utilized for all other foam applications.

Applications:

  • Mounting PVC, wooden, and aluminum window/door frames and posts
  • Sealing roofs, walls, and ceilings
  • Filling and insulating cable and pipe penetrations
  • Insulating central heating, water, and sewage systems
  • Sound insulation and sealing of partition walls, vehicle bodies, boats, and similar structures

How to Use:

  • Clean and degrease the working surface.
  • Ensure the can’s temperature is above freezing before use (optimal temperature is +20°C).
  • Shake the can well (approximately 30 seconds) to thoroughly mix all components.
  • Attach the applicator to the can and hold the can upside down during application.
  • Apply the foam from the bottom to the top of the opening.
  • Fill the crack to 60% of its depth, with a maximum of 5 cm per layer. If the depth exceeds 5 cm, apply multiple layers.
  • Moisten each layer with water using a sprayer after application.
  • Once cured, remove excess foam mechanically (e.g., with a knife).
  • Protect the cured foam from UV radiation with plaster or paint.
