The Grafen PU Fire Resistant Foam B1 750ml 845g is a fire-retardant one-component polyurethane foam classified as B1 (flame-resistant, self-extinguishing) according to DIN 4102-1.
It is designed for fire-rated sealing, mounting, and insulation of joints, walls, ceilings, and frames.

Once cured, it forms a strong, airtight, and durable structure with excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties.
Adheres perfectly to concrete, brick, metal, wood, and plastic surfaces.

Application

  • Fire-resistant sealing of joints and openings
  • Installation of window and door frames
  • Insulating walls, partitions, and ceilings
  • Cable and pipe penetrations requiring fire resistance

Instructions for Use

  1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust.
  2. Bring the can to room temperature and shake it vigorously about 30 times.
  3. Screw the can onto the PU foam gun and hold it upside down during use.
  4. Fill the joint about 70% (foam expands).
  5. Allow to cure (cuttable after 2–4 hours).
  6. Protect cured foam from UV radiation with paint, plaster, or sealant.
  7. Clean the gun immediately after use with Grafen PU Foam Cleaner.
