HYBRID 35 MS Polymer Adhesive and Sealant is a fast-curing and durable industrial adhesive. It is a new-generation isocyanate and solvent-free sealant that combines the mechanical properties of polyurethane and silicone sealants. It is versatile and can be used in various industries such as construction, automotive, shipbuilding, vacuum systems, containers, and tanks.
Applications:
- Construction industry, both indoor and outdoor, as an elastic adhesive and sealant
- Insulation of window and door elements
- Bonding wood to metal structures
- Installation and insulation of facade elements
- Sealing joints and bonding thresholds, parapets, window sills, decorative strips, insulation boards, decorative cork, glass, and mineral wool on wood, chipboard, plaster, brick, concrete, metal, natural stone (marble, granite, etc.)
- Flexible connection of vibrating structures
Note: It is not recommended for use on PMMA and polycarbonate materials, and it does not adhere to PE, PP, PTFE Teflon, silicone, and bituminous substrates.
How to Use: The application area must be dry, clean, and free from dust, oil, and grease. To achieve an even joint and prevent contamination of adjacent areas, use masking tape, which can be removed immediately after applying the sealant. Use expansion joint cord to fill deep gaps. Smooth the applied sealant immediately with a wet spatula or finger. Apply using a hand or pneumatic gun designed for sealants. It is recommended to perform a compatibility test before application.
Storage: Store in a dry, cool place in sealed containers at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.
Shelf Life: 16 months from the production date.
