Grafen Genius Adhesive is a one-component, versatile hybrid adhesive known for its very high initial bonding strength (it bonds in just 5 seconds, with a force of over 330 kg per m²). It offers excellent adhesion to all construction substrates. The adhesive is odorless, solvent-free, and contains no isocyanates or silicones. It is resistant to many chemicals and durable across a wide temperature range after curing, from -40°C to +90°C. Its elastic, dense consistency is well-suited to the stresses occurring in bonded materials. Excellent pre-adhesion allows for fixing without the need to support glued elements. The joint can be painted over after curing (including with water-based paints). The bond is durable and fully resistant to changing weather conditions. GRAFEN GENIUS ADHESIVE adheres to virtually all construction materials, offering excellent adhesion to wood, metal, concrete, glass, brick, ceramics, natural stone, sandstone, granite, steel, plaster, marble, clinker, enamel, polyurethane, MDF, OSB, chipboard, plasterboard, and most plastics.

Applications:

The surface to which the adhesive is to be applied must be clean, free of dust, grease, rust, and other substances that may impair adhesion. Old adhesive residues should be removed before starting work. It is recommended to perform an adhesion test on the substrate being used before using the product. The adhesive does not require a primer, but on specific surfaces, it may be necessary.

How to Use:

Cut off the tip of the cartridge, leaving part of the thread exposed. Attach the applicator to the thread. Apply using hand guns (preferably with a dense mass) or pneumatic guns. Apply adhesive dots or beads to the material to be bonded, leaving space for ventilation, and distribute it evenly. The surfaces should be joined and pressed firmly together. The thickness of the bond should be at least 2-3 mm. The final bond strength is achieved depending on the application thickness and the prevailing conditions, ranging from 1 to 7 days. Adjustments to the bonded material can only be made by moving the connected surfaces (without peeling). The adhesive cures by reacting with moisture in the air, so connections must be made under conditions that allow air access. After use, wipe the tools with paper towels and clean them with a solvent. Use tools made of plastic or stainless steel.

Storage:

Store between +5°C and +25°C in a dry place.

Shelf Life:

12 months from the manufacturing date.
