GRAFEN PROFESSIONAL Carburetor is a cleaning spray for carburetor parts. It contains solvents that enhance the cleaning efficiency of the product. The properties of the product ensure easy application and penetration into surfaces, removing gum, sludge, and varnish that hinder performance. The product does not damage oxygen sensors or catalysts and ensures maximum fuel efficiency. Additionally, it can be used in all positions/directions (360°).
Applications:
- Read the warning section on the packaging before use.
- Turn off the engine while applying the product and keep the can upright.
- Shake the can well before use and spray directly with the extra spray tube mounted in the cap for optimal delivery.
- If spray gets on paint or plastic, rinse immediately with water to prevent damage.
Carburetors, chokes & linkages:
- Remove the air filter, spray the outer surface of the carburetor/linkages, and wait 30 minutes for it to dry.
- Once dry, start the engine and spray short bursts into the carburetor throat, flushing through the automatic choke valve and throttle plates (butterfly).
- If the engine stalls, stop spraying and restart the engine.
- Then slightly increase engine RPM until all liquid is drained, and then replace the air filter.
PCV Valves:
- Disconnect the crankcase side of the PCV valve, insert the extension tube into the open end of the valve unit, and spray a small amount of product. Shake the unit several times to ensure the check valve is free.
- Start the engine and spray into the valve again several times to fully flush it, then reinstall the PCV valve.
Storage:
Store between +5°C and +25°C in a dry place.
Shelf life:
36 months from the date of manufacture.
